Refund & Cancellation Policy

How DSRIT handles fees, cancellations and refunds.

Registration fee

The registration / admission fee is non-refundable, as it covers holding your seat and creating your record.

Course fees

• If you cancel before the course starts, the course fee paid is refunded after deducting the registration fee.
• After the course has started, the fee for the portion already taught is deducted and the remainder may be refunded. This is decided case by case and the institute's decision is final.
• No refund is made once the course is complete or a certificate has been issued.

Duplicate or incorrect payments

If you were charged twice, or charged more than you should have been, the full amount is returned with no deduction. Please tell us straight away.

How a refund reaches you

Once approved, a refund is sent within 5–7 working days by the same method the payment was made (the same card / UPI / bank account). Your bank may take a few days more.

How to cancel
