DSRIT ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

• What you give us: name, mobile number, email, address, date of birth, qualification, photograph and signature — for your admission and student record.
• Fee information: which course was paid for, how much and when. We never store card or UPI details — those go directly to the payment gateway (Razorpay).
• Website use: ordinary technical information such as your IP address, to keep the site secure.

What we use it for

• Keeping your admission, attendance, exam and certificate records.
• Telling you what fees have been paid and what is outstanding.
• Sending you necessary notices about your course, exams or fees (SMS / WhatsApp / email).

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. It is shared only where the service cannot work without it — the payment gateway (to complete a payment) and the service that sends SMS and email — and where the law requires us to disclose it.

Your rights

You may see your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — just contact us. Some records, such as certificates already issued, we are required to keep.

Security

Your data is held on secure servers and the site uses HTTPS. No system is completely secure, however, so please do not share your password with anyone.
